Restrooms and break rooms need more attention than open floor. We'll suggest a schedule for each.
Daily or nightly
Restrooms, break rooms and front office for sites running full shifts.
Weekly
Warehouse floor sweeping and dock cleanup for most sites.
Monthly or quarterly
Floor scrubbing, high-touch deep cleans and break room resets.
Quoted separately or not included
- Work at height above 8 feet, including racking tops and ceiling structure
- Hazardous material spills, oil sumps or anything requiring a hazmat contractor

Can you clean while we're operating?
For restrooms, break rooms and offices, yes, with care around your team. For the warehouse floor we prefer a gap between shifts or after close, so no one is working near moving equipment.
Do you bring floor equipment?
We bring brooms, dust mops and standard cleaning equipment. For large-area scrubbing we'll confirm the right machine during the walkthrough and include it in your quote.
Do you only clean large warehouses?
No. Flex spaces of a few thousand square feet with an office up front are a good fit too. We quote each site on what it actually needs.
