Otter Cleaners is locally owned and operated, serving businesses across the Las Vegas valley and the Tri-State. We built the company around one idea: you should never have to wonder whether the cleaning got done.
Why we exist
Commercial cleaning has a trust problem
Most business owners have had a cleaner who started strong and slowly slipped. Trash gets emptied but restrooms get rushed. Nobody notices until a client does.
The fix isn't a better promise. It's a system: a written checklist for your space, the same steps every visit, and photos at the end so you can see the work for yourself. That's how Otter Cleaners works on every job, large or small.
A note from the owner
I started Otter Cleaners to be the cleaning company I'd want to hire: one that answers the phone, shows up when it says it will, and fixes problems fast instead of making excuses.

How we work
The checklist approach
Every account runs on the same four habits. They're simple, and they're why customers don't have to chase us.
Written for your space
During the walkthrough we write a checklist room by room, including the things that matter to you specifically: the conference room before Monday meetings, the lobby glass, the break room fridge on Fridays.
Same steps, every visit
Crews work the checklist in order, top to bottom and clean to dirty. Nothing depends on someone remembering.
Photos at the end
Before leaving, the crew photographs the rooms you care about most and sends the report. You see what was done without walking the building.
Fixed within 24 hours
If something was missed, tell us and we come back within 24 hours to fix it, free. Then we update the checklist so it doesn't happen again.
