What's included
Three phases, booked separately or together
Most projects need a rough clean and a final clean. A touch-up just before handover catches what trades leave behind.
Rough clean
- Debris, offcuts and packaging removed to your dumpster
- Floors swept and vacuumed
- Bulk dust removed from surfaces
- Done between trades, before flooring or paint
Final clean
- Fine dust removed from every surface, top to bottom
- Interior windows, frames and tracks
- Stickers, labels and paint overspray removed from fixtures and glass
- Cabinets and drawers inside and out
- Light fixtures, vents and diffusers wiped
- Restrooms cleaned and floors mopped
Touch-up clean
- Final pass after punch-list work
- Footprints, fingerprints and fresh dust
- Floors and glass ready for the walkthrough
- Photos for your closeout documents
On site
We work like a trade on your job
Our crews follow your site rules and schedule, and stay out of the way of other trades.

PPE, sign-in, parking and working hours as your superintendent requires.
Paperwork ready
Certificate of insurance provided before we start, with your company named as certificate holder if needed.
Scheduled to the date
Tell us the handover date and we'll book backwards from it, with a buffer for punch-list work.
Quoted separately or not included
- Hauling debris off site (we use your dumpster or roll-off)
- Exterior windows above the ground floor and pressure washing
- Floor finishing, sealing or waxing
The free first cleaning offer doesn't apply to post-construction cleaning.

How much notice do you need?
A week's notice is ideal for a final clean. For rough cleans between trades we can often fit in within a few days. Call us if your date has moved.
Do you remove construction debris?
We bag and move debris to your on-site dumpster or roll-off. Hauling off site isn't included, but we can quote it if needed.
Can you name us on your insurance certificate?
Yes. Send your certificate holder details and any additional insured requirements and we'll provide the certificate before we start.
