Does the unit need to be empty?
Yes. Move-out cleans are priced for empty units. If belongings or trash are left behind, we'll photograph them and check with you before doing anything.
Can you quote from photos?
Usually, yes. Send a few photos of the kitchen, bathrooms and floors, plus the square footage, and we can quote without a site visit.
What if the inspection finds something?
Tell us within 24 hours of the clean and we'll come back to fix anything within our scope, free.
