We clean the non-clinical and clinical areas of your practice to your written protocol. Your staff stays responsible for instrument sterilization and for regulated medical waste, which must be handled by a licensed hauler.

How often
Most practices need nightly cleaning
Exam rooms and restrooms see the most traffic, so we usually recommend a visit after every clinic day.

Add-on deep cleans
Quarterly baseboards, vents and high dusting, scheduled on a non-clinic day.

- Sharps containers and regulated medical waste (these need a licensed medical waste hauler)
- Sterilizing instruments or cleaning equipment that your staff are trained to handle
- Blood or bodily fluid spills beyond routine surface cleaning

What disinfectants do you use?
EPA-registered disinfectants suited to healthcare settings, used exactly as the label directs, including contact time. If your practice has preferred products, we'll use those instead.
Will your crew see patient information?
Our crews are trained not to open files, read charts or touch screens, and we leave shred bins alone. We can sign a confidentiality agreement before we start.
Can you work around late clinic hours?
Yes. We start after your last patient leaves and your staff have gone, even if that changes night to night. Just tell us your usual close time.
